Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may be eligible for a return. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and the product should be in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on ice cream products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Non-perishable items such as merchandise can be returned if they meet the return criteria.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
